Order follow-up prescriptions and other forms by email

You can now request follow-up prescriptions, follow-up prescriptions for occupational and physiotherapy and speech therapy, referrals or children’s illness reports by email to rezepte@kinderarzt-moehringen.de. The forms can be collected from the practice on the following day or will be made available on the electronic health card as an e-prescription. The email address is reserved exclusively for these purposes. No first prescriptions can be requested.
